In non-peak periods, most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above. All orders globally are processed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

International Delivery Timeframes

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Depending on your delivery destination, restrictions and disruptions due to COVID-19 may cause delays. For the most up-to-date timeframes for delivery to your destination country, please check the Australia Post website here.

Any customs taxes or duties imposed by your local customs office are not covered by Akuna Pearls and are not included in your shipping cost. Please be sure to check your local customs laws to be informed about any additional fees that may be required to process your order upon arrival to the destination country.

Shipping Protection

You can choose to have shipping protection at checkout for a very small fee (calculated at checkout), and this will cover all parcel loss, damage, and theft. The option is automatically selected, and we encourage all our customers to keep it selected as insurance. By deselecting the shipping protection, Akuna Pearls is NOT liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
