Freshwater Pearl Cubic Zirconia Stud Earrings - Coco

I'm updating this review because Akuna have been amazing. After I left this review they got in touch within hours. They explained they hadn't got my original contact. Given how smooth and professional contact has been with them since, I do believe that. They organised to do a product exchange - which is not their normal policy. Very above and beyond service. The exchange was extremely smooth. I love my new pearls. This was actually became a really amazing experience. Will definitely buy from Akuna again.

Original Review: Nobody replied

I wrote to Akuna asking if I could return this item and swap it for something else. But while no one replied to that email, you better believe I got a marketing email a couple of weeks later asking for a review. The earring itself is great and the craftsmanship seems just fine. But on sight, in person I could see it wasn't going to suit me. I'd have happily paid extra to ship it back and swap for something else. Two stars here because clearly this is not a customer first operation. Pearls in. Pearls out. Then it's so long suckers.

so classic in design & the quality of pearl is superb....I can wear them for all occasions - just beautiful!
