    Necklace length

    The length of the necklace was disappointingly short, it would be a very tight choker! The pattern was lovely and the matching bracelet as well. The necklace would needed to be 3-4 cm longer.

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. The length of the Gabriella choker necklace is 30+8cm as stated in the description box. The standard choker length is between 14” and 16” (36cm and 40cm). That’s why we make the choker in this length. We didn’t consider it might be a little bit short to some customers.

    This is the first time we received the complaint about the length. We’ll make the necklace in another length 35+8cm as you suggested. Thank you for sharing such a good idea.
