    Vibrant colours

    I received my purchase promptly and was looking forward to wearing this necklace. Unfortunately, I had trouble with the clasp when I tried to remove the necklace after I wore it and had to cut the thread to get it off. I won't be able to wear it again which is disappointing as I enjoyed wearing it. It was probably my lack of dexterity that caused the problem.

    We chose to use screw clasps for the mother of pearl necklace as they are some of the most secure clasps in existence. They usually are very easy to use, and you can operate the clasp by screwing one end of the fastener into the other until it holds the necklace firmly in place. Once they’re screwed closed tightly, your necklace is going nowhere.

    Your comments are really helpful in highlighting opportunities to improve our product and your concern has been addressed internally. We will consider changing the necklace clasp to make it easier and more comfortable to wear.
